Not only is Phillip Binggeli an experienced REALTOR® who specializes in high-end properties, he is also a home inspector who has completed thousands of home inspections. (He owned and operated Countywide Residential Inspection Service in San Diego, CA for 10 years.)
Phillip was raised on a farm in Queensland, Australia and obtained his real estate license in Australia in 1983. In addition to selling real estate, he worked in the construction industry in Brisbane, Queensland where he built high rise buildings from the ground up.
In the late 1980’s he spent 6 years in Papua New Guinea (PNG) building schools, houses, bridges, roads and air strips for the PNG Western Province government and the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR).
He immigrated to the USA in 1995 and earned his California Real Estate License while living in San Diego. For over 10 years he specialized not only in residential real estate sales, but in selling downtown high rise condos. Phillip understands the process of multi-million dollar deals. Phillip has also worked with a number of overseas buyers and found them suitable investment properties.
He is a true professional who works hard to ensure his clients get the best deal and the best service possible. Phillip currently holds a Nevada Real Estate Broker Salesperson License as well as a Property Management permit.
